Whether you're building on the base design package or selecting just a few elements for a more intimate gathering, this menu offers flexible, elevated options—from custom activity stations and branded props to curated table settings and bespoke party favors.

PERSONALIZED TOUCHES & CUSTOM PROPS

Custom-designed, small-scale props that elevate your event theme and branding
Pricing starts at $45+ per item, depending on complexity and materials
Options might include:

  • Custom throw pillows with iron-on event logo

  • Personalized cornhole game

  • Branded tabletop signs or mini game boards

  • Themed directional signs


Additional Design of Custom Printed Pieces: $50 per piece

Custom Favor Bags: $15–$30 per person

CUSTOM LARGE-SCALE PROP DESIGN

​Starting at $100+ per design (price varies based on complexity)
Includes the conceptualization and design of large-scale props suitable for fabrication by a local event fabrication shop. Deliverables include 3D renderings, detailed shop drawings, and material notes.
Examples include:

  • Faux shopfronts or market stalls

  • Large interactive games (e.g. custom ring toss boards, Plinko-style walls)

  • Freestanding branded surfboards or themed signs

  • Faux food carts or themed kiosks

  • Statement photo ops or backdrops


Note: Fabrication costs are separate and will be billed directly from the vendor. Coordination of vendor fabrication available as an additional service.

HAT BAR

​A fun, hands-on experience where each guest designs their own custom hat to take home: $30 per person
Includes:

  • One hat per person

  • Selection of themed patches (e.g., Mermaid, Americana, Sports, Garden Party, Tropical, Western)

  • Hat chains and pins to finish the look

  • Full Hat Bar setup including 6' display table, 4' press station, mirror for styling, staffed pressing and design assistance

Add-On
Custom Patch Design: $25 design fee
(min. 25 patches; printing priced by size/quantity)
